At PlayTopia, we offer regular birthday celebrations during our public hours. This means that while you are celebrating your special day, there may be other guests enjoying playtime as well. However, rest assured that all parties have their own private party suite where you can enjoy your food, have cake, and celebrate your birthday superstar in a private and exclusive setting. Our party suites provide a comfortable and festive atmosphere for you and your guests to enjoy the festivities without any interruptions. We do offer events that are semi-private (Weeknight Special) and totally private.

- Reserved Party suite time is for 1.5 hours

- Your guests do not have to stay in the party room at this time. They are free to play in the play areas.

- You may arrive UP TO 10 minutes prior to the start of your party time.

- Arrive on-time. We cannot accommodate late arrivals. The party will run on schedule, even without all guests present.

Stay to Play Time:

- For parties during Open Play hours, you can stay to play as long as you want Please consider our hours of operation when booking. For example, if you book a 5pm party, you can stay to play til 8pm.

- Weeknight Parties are for a total of 2 hours (including party suite and play time).

- Private events are for a total of 3 hours.

DISCLAIMER

In the event, you do not plan to pay for additional guests, the person responsible for the party is responsible for communicating with their guests at check-in; as PlayTopia staff are not responsible for refusing entry or discussing payment options with people attending the birthday celebration. Otherwise, they will be added to the guest count and the person responsible for the party accepts full financial responsibility for the additional admission charges associated with the party package.

Children:

- Any child 11 months - 12 years old is counted on the child guest list and MUST have a completed waiver on file for entry. Children aged 13 and older are considered adults and are not permitted to actively participate in play. However, they are welcome to assist younger siblings as needed.

- The birthday child is included in the head count.

- Siblings of the birthday child that are in attendance count in the head count.

- If guests are paying separately for general child admission for kids not included with your party, you will need to inform them that they need to specify this during check in. If not specified in advance, guests will be added to overall head count of the package.

- The party room use and party room items are exclusive for guests to the party. We cannot accommodate general admission guests in the party areas due to the demand on staffing and space.

Adults:

- Each child is allowed up to 2 adult guests. A 15 child party, for example, is allowed up to 30 adult guest. There is an additional fee for additional adults

Leading up your event, you will receive a text message to review and confirm all of your booking details. This is the perfect time to make changes to your party size if needed. Any changes to your party package MUST be made no later than 8pm the day prior to your event.

We cannot downgrade party sizes the day of your event. We pre-order all food the day prior to ensure on-time delivery of hot & fresh pizza. If you book for 15 children, we will be prepared for 15 children by providing food, beverages, plates, napkins, etc for the amount of children you booked for.

If you have additional children show up the day of your event, we will work hard to accommodate all of your guests. We keep track of all of your guests. You can pay for the added guests at the end of your event.

Once you have a final headcount, you may decide to add-on additional items to your party package. Here are a few great options:

- Additional pizza for adults

- Chicken Wings

- Chip Bin

- Drink Bin

- Ice Cream / Dippin Dots

- Treat Bags

- Fruit Tray

- PlayTopiaJax gripper socks

- YES! You may bring Cake, Cupcake, or cookies!

- NO other outside food or beverages are allowed.

Pizza is provided in all party packages except Private parties.

Outside food and drink are not permitted, apart from your dessert item (cake, cupcakes, or cookies).

We cater to the birthday child and their kid guests. We do not provide food or drinks for adults. If there is left over food, we do offer to the adults. You do have the option to add additional pizza/food to your party package.

You may purchase/add-on food, a chip bin and/or a drink bin for adults by adding extras to your party package or when Christina reaches out to you leading up to your event. When adding a chip bin or drink bin, you are only charged for the items used.

Party food and dessert must remain in the party rooms for the safety of other guests in the facility

BUT, we have someone with special dietary restrictions....

we do have Gluten-Free and dairy free options. For dietary guidelines, our pizza and chicken wings come from Domino's.

- We always order 1/2 cheese and 1/2 pepperoni. We find that ordering pizza this way is easier serving our of one box and keeps the pizza hot & fresh longer.

- You may add on additonal pizza when booking your event. Or, when time gets closer and I personally reach out to you, this is the perfect time to add-on additional items including pizza, chicken wings, drink bin, chip bin, and even guests.

**If by chance you have dietary restrictions, for example, do not eat meat, please advise so we only order cheese pizza.

** Again, we can also order Gluten Free pizza by request. There is a small upcharge for added on Gluten Free pizza.

Totally Private Parties may bring in food and beverages.

At PlayTopia, we offer two exquisitely decorated party suites designed to make your celebration unforgettable. Choose between our included standard setup, featuring cheerful party plates and napkins, or upgrade to our deluxe package, which includes tablecloths, a themed backdrop, a stunning balloon arch, and more. We provide a variety of customizable themes to suit your preferences. Additionally, one of our party suites offers the unique option to host a thrilling GLOW dance party, adding an extra layer of excitement to your event!

To secure your booking, we require a non-refundable $100 deposit, which can be conveniently paid during the online booking process. Once your deposit is paid, you will receive an emailed receipt right away.

This message will provide you with complete details regarding your event. if you have any last-minute updates or changes to your event, simply respond to Christina's text (803-320-3547), and she will assist you promptly. By utilizing this convenient communication method, you can ensure that your party details are all taken care of and you will have a seamless event experience.

To make things even easier for you, we offer printable invitations on our website. These invitations are easy to edit and print, and can also be sent out as text messages or Facebook event invites. We understand that emails can sometimes get lost or overlooked in the sea of junk mail, so we highly recommend utilizing these alternative methods to ensure that nobody misses out on your fun event.

Please note that calling or texting about party availability does not reserve your spot. All parties must be booked online, and we are more than happy to assist you if you need any help with the process. Once your $100 deposit is paid, your party is officially booked, and you will receive an emailed receipt to confirm your reservation.
